Gary Poxleitner, a professional engineer was born and raised here in the Sudbury area graduating from Laurentian University’s engineering program in 1991.
Gary has been fascinated in harnessing the suns energy since his early teens. When he was 13 he created solar systems that powered radios and small engines and later a wind turbine system utilizing a car’s alternator.
Gary wants to reduce his carbon footprint by using simple efficient technology systems that put the sun and wind energy to work. And he has a passion in helping others to do the same. 3e Solutions along with business partner Brad was built around that passion and that model: helping the people in our community produce their own energy that is clean, efficient and good for the environment.

Brad Wright, a mining engineering technician was born and raised in the Sudbury area graduating from Cambrian College.
Brad is very excited about renewable energy and wants to help people utilize these technologies. He has completed several courses on solar design and installation at the ASES Solar Conference as well as CANSIA courses. Sudbury has a long history of environmental efforts with the regreening of the local area. The implementation of renewable energy within the buildings and homes in Sudbury will create a second regreening effort. This will allow people to reduce their impact on the environment and save money. It is Brads goal to assist, educate, and align people with the movement for sustainablilty.
